Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be unopened and unused, in their original sealed pouch, with proof of purchase.

How to return

Email us at hello.hersafe@outlook.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
