These Terms of Service govern your use of hersafe.shop, operated by HerSafe. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products

HerSafe Drink Test Nail Stickers are a consumer screening indicator for GHB and ketamine. They are not a medical, diagnostic or forensic device. A negative result does not guarantee that a drink is safe, and the stickers cannot detect extra alcohol or other substances. Always stay aware of your drink, never leave it unattended, and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

Use of the product

Use the product only as described in the instructions. Each sticker is single use. Keep packs sealed, dry and away from heat, and do not use after the expiry date.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, and to change prices or discontinue products at any time.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HerSafe is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
